What do you use to tightline eyes?

I just use a regular eyeliner pencil. I've heard some people use liquid eyeliner but wouldn't that burn?

I wouldn't use liquid eyeliner I've tried that and yes it does burn a bit. I would recommend a gel eyeliner for the water line and tight line. I use Maybelline's Gel Eyeliner and it's my favorite! What I do is take any eye liner pencil and dip just the tip of it in the gel liner and take what's on the pencil and apply it to my water line and tight line. (:
