I've been dealing with the same problem for a couple of months and finally it's clearing up. What I tried doing was constantly wash my face but my acne was concentrated all around my mouth and nose still. Then I tried going to Lush for fun and while their products are funky they honestly really didn't help. I bought Herbalism, Tea Tree Water, and Vanishing Cream. They were too gentle and weak for my skin. And pricey too but I wanted to splurge on myself.

So I went back to using the toner I used to use which is Neutrogena's Pore Refining Toner. I bought Clearasil's Vanishing Acne Treatment cream. I bought the cream 4-5 days ago and my face is seriously clearing up like crazy. If you do get it, just make sure to moisturize cuz it dries out your skin somewhat. I'm just moisturizing now with Pond's dry skin cream.

I thought more expensive products would help but in the end I just bought drugstore products and they're doing the job for me =)

OMG this has been happening to me also. I've been washing my face with Biore facial scrub at night and I've been sleeping on a clean towel and it's really been helping me clear up. I also use the Biore steam activated cleanser in the shower in the morning. I really like Biore's facial products. They have always been useful for me.

i've always used a touch of tooth paste on the break out! it disappears by the next morning!
