I use Parian Spirit. It lasts quite a while if you get the system. Plus I'm in love with the smell. :)

I like to mix two tablespoons of baking soda on half a cup of water and soak for twenty minutes. Then message with your fingers to get all makeup residue out, rinse, and set to dry on a have towel. Dabbing it on the towel will help to dry also.

I use Parian Spirit. I just spray some onto my brush and wipe it in a towel or used makeup wipe.
