Love the eyes. Tipsy lip pencil? I got one in my ipsy bag. Is the eye liner you used from ipsy too? I tried it and I'm not as good as you. You look good Tiffany. :)

Actually its a lipstick from Maybellines color whisper in the shade pin up peach, I put that over an elf lipliner in natural.

Thanks Velen, Rebella and Kristin. I achive such a crisp line with my shadow /liner because I use a bit of Scotch tape on the corners if my eyes to prevent fallout from my eyeshadows onto my face.
