Use olive oil. Heat it in the microwave for 30-35 secs then apply it to your roots and ends. Leave it for two hours then wash. Use a deep conditioner in the shower

And also what has helped me wa not always straitening my hair an letting it naturally dry. If it gets all kinked in places I use a sea salt spray called beach babe that you can get at target as well!

I have the dryest hair and this works amazing I brush shampoo through my hair until its all bubbly and wash it out then I repeat after I turn the water off and brush through conditioner and wash myself while I wait for the conditioner to do its magic then after I've washed I brush through some more conditioner and then wash it out by brushing my hair and then add 2 full pumps of John friedas frizz ease IT WORKS AMAZING I KNOW IT's NIT GREAT TO BRUSH YOUR HAIR WHEN IT's WET BUT IF YOU HAVE MY HAIR YOU WILL UNDERSTAND WHY I DO IT AND I LOOK AFTER MY HAIR SO IT's ALL GOOD :)

Coconut oil. It's the best& most natural thing. If your hair is damaged it needs the "less is more" approach. Products with less ingredients-no chemicals
Less heat styling & do not brush your hair while it's wet & tender (:
