To get the "doll look" that a lot of Asians look for, lining your lower lash line with white and emphasize your lashes with falsies is one way to go. Being honest though, you are really cute to begin with.

Ok so to start, shape your eyebrows so they are a little thinner but not overly arched. Use a foundation just barely lighter than your skin to look glowy without your makeup looking mask like. Powder to set and achieve a matte finish.
Eyes: Pale pinks and varying nude shades to be used for shadow, with slightly darker colors in the crease (or the general area if you want to fake a crease). Black liner along the top lash line, then extend it out in a faint downward angle. Use black shadow to connect the end of the top line and bring it in (slightly away from your lower lashes) until it meets about halfway on your lower lash line. Use natural but long false lashes.
Use a dolly pink lip color and voila! Hope I helped!
