I'm going to be moving back to the states finally, so I figured, new school, new people, why not a new look? :) Soon I'll be cutting my side bangs again and dyeing my hair a purpley plum color. I need makeup tips, I normally only wear bb cream, concealer, black liner on top, and mascara. Sometimes a pop of blue or purple on the bottom lashline.
