What can I do for my hair for my 21st I want to have it formal as I have a formal dress but don't want to have it all scraped back I want some volume please please help its 2 weeks time!

Definitely curl it and maybe do a half up do. it's the best of both worlds, and you can always accessorize. you could put a flower or something fancy in your hair that goes with your dress. since you have bangs, I think it would look nice!
