Tbh your not going to able to change them. lip plumping can end up looking a lot worse than they did before hand not always but it can happen.

Your lips are perfect don't get injection but if you really don't like your lips you can use a toothbrush and gently massage your lips with it in circular motions for about 40 seconds and it will look fuller.

I actually prefer you over the reference pic. I've stumbled upon a few of your posts, about wanting to change things about yourself. Dude, you are gorgeous. If there is a thing you should change it's the way you seem to look at yourself, you deserve better.
