I've been having a grayish tone in my skin the last few weeks, and it really makes me look tired.
Are there DIY remedies or treatments?
Oh and I keep a healthy diet and drink lots of water, so I guess it's not that.

Are you eating enough? That's the only thing I can think of.

Maybe youre lacking iron...use foundation and some blush to bright up your face.

I have a healthy diet, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, and I eat exact the amounts I should
Iron could be a possibility, but I'm not feeling tired or dizzy, which are common anemia symptoms

Your skin is probably showing signs of aging from sun exposure. When you go out, wear sunscreen on your face and wherever else the skin is grey. Once a day, use a gentle moisturizing lotion on the skin.
Hope this helps! This should clear it up.

I'd see my general practitioner just to have a blood panel done. I had a similar issue and was Vitamin D deficient.

Yeah.. get your blood checked.. Try eating grapes, they're good for the blood. :)

@kirin I live in the Netherlands, so which sun :) haven't properly seen the sun in 2weeks, but I always wear something with SPF on my face, thank you
@rozberry I guess I will, vitamin D sounds plausible since you take that from the sun, I'm not that much outdoors
@christine thank you! I'll try that ;)

By the way could it also be because of my medication? I'm getting Imigran (sumatriptan) which is used for severe migraines,
