I try out hard candy primer but was not really effective, do y'all have any suggestion on really good eye primer or bases that helps the eyeshadow pop??:)

Urban Decay primer potion is my number one, Two Faced Shadow assurance is number two, and Hard Candy (easily found at Walmart) is number 3.

Lorac Behind the Scenes eye primer is the best I have found. Urband Decay Primer Potion comes second. And Mac's Painterly Paint Pot is third. For cheap I would probably say NYX shadow primer.
