I got mine at target! I did get one from forever 21 but it didn't go up as high as I wanted it to to look like a high waisted skirt.

I will probably exchange the skirt I got at forever for a tank top or something because the ones from target for so much better! There tighter at the top so it fits great.

Also try forever though because they do have cute crop tops! And you might find a cute crop too to wear that's low enough to wear with the forever skirt.
