Hi Rae. In my opinion, a maxi skirt/dress is not best for a job interview. Knee length is best. Dress pants/trousers are an option too with a nice blouse. Another tip: you may impress them if you buy your entire interview outfit from Marshall's and let them know you did. Good luck at your interview! :)
