Just don't use it in a face wash, it can be very irritating to the skin. As a spot treatment should be fine and work well :)

I've used it and it cleared my skin but it does dry the skin out at first, keep using it though its cleanses the skin of bacteria so it will produce good oils. the drying and irritation stops but if your not consistent it will mess up the process and really dry your skin out and not work.

I have combination / oily

I can't even use anything with salicylic acid in it because it irritates my skin and causes redness and breakouts.
But for some people it's the opposite and salicylic acid works great for them and benzoyl peroxide irritates their skin.
It all depends on what's right for your skin.
I have combo oily skin by the way. And for spot treatments, Persa Gel 10 by Clerasil (I think) is a great one with benzoyl peroxide. I also love this face wash.

Oh, and yes. During the winter I moisturize after I wash my face at night and in the morning.
Since I get oiler in the summer though, I only moisturize at night during the summer.

No problem and yes you definitely will need a moisturizer. I tried using a little bit of almond oil as moisturizer and it works great for me. some face moisturizers don't moisturize enough for my face enough or makes it too oily. but this worked surprisingly.
