Danni, I totally second that! It's so gorgeous! But yeah, white shorts, gold or brown sandals, and brown smokey eye! I don't think you'd have to worry about sweat with the shorts!

I doubt I'll be able to make a tutorial with my schedule the way it has been lately, but I cut the fringe very wide to begin with, then cut each fringe into 3 smaller fringes. I did enough of this so I would double them over for when I stitched it to the bandeau part. I hope that wasn't too confusing :( also regular or high waisted shorts?!

Ill definitely give them a listen, anyone who likes kesha has taste ;) and ill be honest, I'd rock at least wedges of some description, in my opinion *no offense to anyone * sandals can ruin an adorable outfit and frankly make anyone look... kinda dumpy. Just my opinion though :)
