I really want to get it but I'm afraid of the purging that comes with it.. How long does it take for all the pimples to start showing up?

I LOVE mine! I never had any problems with breakouts at all! I have always used the sensitive or normal brush head though, And I have heard of problems with people using the deep clean brush head. Hope this helps!
