Is there any sure shot home made remedy for hyperpigmentation specially on the cheeks and nose area. just fed up of them. please help me guys.

I don't know of any, but there are some great lines out there that help cover it up. Have you seen a dermatologist? I've not experienced it personally but I have a friend who has it and I've done her makeup before. Good luck though.

Niacinamide cream would help. I made my own with niacin capsules and aloe, it's pretty DIY.

There is a really great product called Ambi that is great for hyper pigmentation. It's around 5 bucks and contains hydroquinone. Just be careful getting out in the sun. It can make your skin sensitive. Be sure to use a SPF too anytime you leave the house. 😄

Also, it could be a hormonal thing so you may ask your dr about helping with it. 😉
