When you're putting on eyeliner, put it on only half way on the bottom. Make sure that you curve the line on the bottom when you end it. That will give your eyes the illusion of being bigger.

A smokey eye with colors similar to half-baked and snakebite from naked and naked 2's palettes from Urban Decay would look great with a pink/lavender eyeliner on the bottom.
