Eyeliner help :(

So I wear just a pencil eye liner for my bottom and by like 20 min it's still on my bottom lid but it's also on the bottom of my eye and I'm always wiping it away and there goes my makeup on my face by my eye. Anyone have good eyeliners that won't do that.

You might also want to try using a q-tip to clean your waterline right before putting on the eyeliner. It really helps keep it in place(:

I use to have the same problem so I gave up on pencil liner all together & my waterline. I use liquid eyeliner on my top lid now. I wing my liner out all the time now.

I always set my liner with a black shadow so I know it won't budge. I use Sephoras smudge proof liner and a black shadow I got there.
