Yes, I suggest using eyeshadow.. It gives a more natural look, than using an eyebrow pencil.

You should since you have black hair try a color two shades darker then your eyebrows.

I'd shape them a little first with tweezers. But be careful! Lol trust me, (coming from experience) I'd draw where you want to pluck first, so you don't jack up haha ;). Ooh or, if you can, waxing would be best! :) it's not bad, and I'm a wimp haha, just makes your eyes water. Lol. But yes, I love to fill mine in.

No don't fill them in just yet, go to the beauticians and see what they say, get a wax and a tint, I don't think you need to fill them in, they're just very light in colour:)
