I have pretty sensitive acne prone skin and I'm also still trying to search for good products. Right now I'm using Clearasil Rapid Action Daily Face Wash and an Olay moisturizer in the morning and a Garnier spot correcting lotion and peel at night. All I can tell you from experience though is to keep your skincare routines simple. This will keep from irritating your skin and keeps breakouts at a minimum(:

Tea tree oil, it took literally three days for my acne to clear up. I love it, you can get it from Sally's beauty supply, works wonders💎

My skin is the same! bit.ly/Ze1HKQ
Brands I've liked include:
Dermalogica
Clinique
Cetaphil
Shea Terra Organics
Look for products that are as natural as possible. It should be: non-comodogenic fragrance, oil and paraben free
suitable for sensitive skin
