I've heard good things about garnier's bb cream and I personally like L'oreal's because of how light it feels on the skin and the decent coverage. However, it has quite pink undertones and I believe garnier is the same.
As for finding out what undertones you have, I can't see myself, but you can see for yourself by looking at the veins in your wrist.
Blue veins. = cool undertones (go for a foundation/bb cream that more pink)
Green veins = warm undertones (go for more yellow foundations/bb creams)
Mixture of green and blue veins = neutral undertones (you're lucky and can get away with ether pinkish or yellowish bb creams!)
You could also hold gold and silver jewelry up to your face and see which colour compliments you more.
Best of luck sweetheart! xx
