Is there an order to apply makeup? Should foundation or eye makeup be applied first? Does it even matter? How about hair, should hair be styled before or after applying makeup?

It doesn't matter no, you can do it however you want.

No there is not its whatever you feel comfortable doing. Personally I do my eyes first before the foundation. I use a lot of shadow and I hate fallout. Than I do my hair than my foundation. The reason I do my foundation last is because I use a lot of heat and I have oily skin.

Thanks for all the tips. I have oily skin so I think I will change up my routine a little to see if there is a difference.

Personally I have to do my eye makeup first bc of the problems I have with fallout and just applying it in general. But that's just me :-)
