When do you apply it? And does it keep oily skin under control? What is your views on it?

You put it on like you would you a primer right before your makeup it does work

Yeah, you can use it like a primer or a face mask, I love it, I use it every day as a primer underneath my foundation, I apply it with a foundation brush, let it dry, and then rub away any patchiness or chunkiness before applying my foundation on top. I personally love this trick so much, I have such oily skin I wouldn't be able to wear foundation in the summer without it.

If your makeup tends to melt off of you halfway throughout the day like me, this is definitely worth your time.

Must haves for oily skin: Urban Decay De-Slick In A Tube Mattifying Gel, Revlon Colorstay Foundation (- after trying MANY, this is the only foundation that won't melt off oily skin!), and Urban Decay De-Slick Mattifying Powder.

I use cornstarch like a face powder, after foundation. That sounds strange, but my makeup its just as beautiful at night add is it was when I first put it on. :) the mom makes me break out really badly.
