What to do with your hair which is something healthy and what not to do with your hair which can damage it. Does anyone have some?

Here goes! Weekly oil treatments like coconut and olive are healthy for your hair and scalp as well as scalp massages to stimulate hair growth. Brushing hair when wet and putting it up when wet is bad for it since hair stretches up to 50% when wet so you never want to be too rough with it in that vulnerable state.

I use coconut oil on my hair overnight, and in the shower I use aussie's "3 minute miracle" moisturizing cream. I love it!

Another good thing is French braiding your hair to go to sleep.

Sleeping in a silk cap or on a silk pillowcase so that the hair doesn't rub against it causing frizziness and breakage. Before you get out of the shower, rinse your hair with cold water to seal in the cuticle. Get a boar bristle brush to distribute the oils from the scalp to the ends. Massing the head for 5 minutes daily can stimulate the follicles. I can go on and on lol.
