Should I dye my hair black??

Okay, so I really want a different hair color. My hair is currently a dark almost brown red. It's original color is a very dark brown that is nearly black on its own. So I'm thinking about dying it a raven black. Is this a good idea??

I think you'll love it, many people advise not to because its hard to come back from black but you'll definitely love it for a while! I've been dying mine black since I was 15, and just now changing the color! Ps: if you don't like it, I found this product (color oops extra strength) that takes it right out without drying your hair! Good luck :)
