Where around my eyes should I apply blue eye line, I have blue eyes and I like to use blue and black eye liner at the same time, and sometimes my eyes turn gray, here's a picture of my eyes.

For the bottle, I like to use black on the inside half and color on the outside. Makes eyes look bigger and is not overwhelming!
