I do 4 tbps of sugar, and 2 each of honey and vaseline. These are the amounts I use but you can adjust them until you are happy with it. I also find that regular caster sugar works best.

And you can also add a few drops of any essential oil and a tiny amount of food colouring for cakes if you want it coloured.

Lip scrubs always strip my lips and make them dry :/ but a method I use is just olive oil, honey and sugar and then after I do the scrub, I moisturize w coconut oil and then continue the rest of the day w Burt's Bees Chapstick and it makes my lips soft
