I have poison ivy all over my face and neck and I want to cover it up but I was wondering if putting makeup on it would make it worse.

Wash with oil/grease-removing dish soap to remove the oil from the poison ivy and stop it from spreading. Then put calamine lotion on the rash and let it heal. Don't put any makeup on it or the rash could get infected.
