Some people use bb cream under their foundation, But bb cream is better for the skin I've heard (:

Bb cream is intended to be more healthy for the skin and improve it, while still covering imperfections. It does have more of a dewy finish, but not so dewy that someone with oily skin can't handle it. Hmmm..what else.. The fad started in Asia and I believe only the bb creams in Asia stay true to their claims. Western bb creams still have some work to do ;) haha.
