My sister needs help on finding the correct way to make a cat eye with eye liner. I am not able because I don t use eye liner on the upper part of the eyes. can you please help me?

It just takes practice. you want to start from the middle of the eye and slowly make strokes to the outer eye. than at the end you make a little line up and connect it and fill it in. did that make sense?
