I've been using Clinique's Dramatically Different cream for a few years now and recently it hasn't been enough for my skin and even when I apply extra my face is still left feeling tight and dry. I hear Philosophy's Hope In A Jar is good but the smell is terrible. Are there any other suggestions for cream that will really moisturize my skin?

Hi Vanessa,
Your skin sounds dehydrated. My skin is often dehydrated from acne treatment and I love Murad Sensitive Skin Soothing Serum, it's like a drink of water for the skin. It relieves tight, overstressed, red, irritated skin. You can apply it before Dramatically different lotion or substitute for Murad Hydro-dynamic moisture which has even more hydration for skin and locks moisture in for 8 hours! Hope you try the serum, its my favorite!!
