Ok I LOVE lipstick, bright colors-hot pink, brilliant blue etc. but the problems are: my complection is fair with a pinkish undertone, I have very large lips, and I have strawberry blonde hair. But mostly I'm worried about my lips, is wearing lip stick a bad idea? :/ please help.

Stick to something with a cooler undertone to brighten up your complexion. Because your hair and skin are warmer tones, using a blue tone lipstick balances it out :)
