It depends on the look you are going for - for a softer more natural look I just fill in with powder that is a little lighter that my hair color then for a more defined look I use pencil to draw my outline and fill in with the pencil and powder and I always put brow gel over it to complete the look whether clear or tinted.

I just purchased this at Sephora last week and I'm obsessed. It's so natural and very easy to use if you're a beginner :)

I use either an FabuBrow or Revlon pencil. I just do tiny little strokes starting at my nose and ending at my temple area. I know most people do it the opposite way, or line them out first then fill in but honestly every time I try that I end up with "angry" brows. I would just experiment, no one way is the right way :)

I use Jordana eyebrow pencil in Medium Brown to outline my brow & make my tail longer. Then I use my Milani eyebrow kit in Medium & use the lightest brown to fill in my brows. I use a spooly to brush out my brows & blend out the front. Then I take a concealer about 1 or 2 shades lighter than me & use that to clean up my brows underneath to give the highlighted look. Finally, I take a concealer the same color as my skin & clean up the top of my brows. After all that's down, I use my ELF clear mascara gel & use that to set my brows.

I love it. I use everything in the kit except that little sponge brush in it. I use the darker color to fill in my tail & the lighter for the rest & the highlighter to highlight. I'll definitely repurchase whenever I run out.
