It sucks I know from experience. ill be truthful and tell you that you will NEVER be happy with yourself. You are your own worst critic. If you're really set on losing weight, just eat healthier. I know it's hard when youre young because you don't get much control, but you can still do a little something. drink water as an alternative. Set goals for yourself. Walking everyday will make a world of difference. But DO NOT lose weight because your are the "fat friend" and want to look skinny. Lose it because YOU want to. For yourself, not for them. I know I probably am no help at all, but hey I tried.

Babygirl, youre beautiful :) Weight doesn't define beauty. Weight is just numbers on a scale, nothing more. But if you're really insecure, my sister lost tons of weight by cutting bread out of her diet, she also runs for 30 minutes a day. You can do it, you go girl. :)

I go to gym every morning for.an hour and 30mins I burn about 500kal and I don't really eat carbs.I've been bread free for An whole month now:)

Tracey you should stop worrying about how others look at you people will like you for who you are! & those who don't see your inner beauty are just plain stupid & immature!
But if you really want to lose weight I'd say eat healthy lay away from all that junk food!! & eat healthy (: lots of greens (:

Since your young you might loose it since your changes a lot. You can try drinking hot water with one lemon each morning then eat after 30 min it helps burn the fat more but don't over do it cuz it might clean your blood to the point of being anemic. Also eat only fruits and veggies I would say cut bread out totally that's what affects me the most!! And exercise walk and keep walking its really good for you!! Also are you sure you don't have problems with your glands?

Awww sweetie I know how hard eating disorders can be I feel your pain but when you feel you have to binge eat stop and take a breath say something positive!! Like I'm beautiful and I'm not going to take that away. Something that you now will stop you but keep it positive!!

I totally know what you mean about looking at your friends and then judging yourself. My sister is naturally very skinny and it took me years to finally stop comparing myself to her and just accepting and loving myself :) it will happen for you too! Just know that every person, no matter their size, hair color, eye color, etc. has insecurities...including your friends! Keep your head up, you are gorgeous! :)

Cut down your portion sizes and exercise plenty. just really watch what you eat. I weigh 142 now need to also slim down to 130. but I love food! do not over work yourself. people will always judge you regardless it is up to you how you choose to let it affect you. stay strong
