Amaria your a life savor! my skin is dry but not really bad but when I put moisturizing lotion it is way to oily and when I put makeup on my face it is a wet mess when I put the moisturizer so first question is should I even use the moisturizer? or just not put any thing on? and also I have slight acne I havent had one day in my life where I had clear skin and its very frustrating my acne isn't bad but I don't know what I'm doing wrong I have tried so many face washes and I decided to only wash my face when I have makeup on and I sometimes use cerave was or just a homeade srub like cinnamon and honey but the acne won't go away and I have a lot of black heads on my chin and nose and kinda on my cheeks. so with that what do you think is causing my acne to never go away and if its the makeup or what should I use bc I use acne solution by clinique now but its expenisive and I need a good drug store buy what would you suggest on that? or is it something that I'm not doing please help I want to get rid of this unending slight acne problem!!:(

Emily thanx for the compliment :)... I think the best for your skin is yogurt apply one teaspoon of yogurt on your face at night and message until it drys and go to bed wash with cold water in the morning use this everynight :) one more thing apply turmeric , gram flour , honey , lemon and a bit of milk mixture twice a week and you will have clear skin soon :) and I suggest you not to use expensive treatments cuz they are just wastage off money and dnt use makeup which cause you acne or other problems... For blackheads I have given remedies up there :) if you wanna ask any thing else feel free to ask :) hope I helped..!

For some reason my nose is oily :( the rest of my skin is average and clear, but my nose gets shiny super quick and my makeup never stays on. I've tried primer, setting power, and other stuff but noting seems to work. Is there any way to get rid of the shine and get my makeup to stay put.

Sara here you go..!
The best way to deal with oiliness on the skin is to keep the skin clean by cleansing regularly. This helps to clean dirt and oil that may have accumulated in the skin pores. Washing the face twice daily is considered ideal, as too much washing can also strip the skin of its natural lubrication. Make use of cleansers that are designed for oily skin and those which do not contain alcohol. Even though, the skin may be oily, it is still important to moisturize the skin. Again, use a moisturizer specially made for oily skin. Water based moisturizers are good for the skin as they do not cause clogging in the pores.

An effective facial scrub is made using almonds and honey. It helps to exfoliate the skin and remove dead cells and oil, and also nourishes the skin. Adding about half a teaspoon of baking soda to liquid soap helps to cleanse the skin of oil. You can rinse the skin with cool water after applying this solution. Cornstarch mixed with warm water can be rubbed gently on the face. This helps to absorb excess oil from the skin. Saline water can also be sprayed on the face to draw out excess oil.

Apple cider vinegar or white vinegar may also be applied to the oily areas with a cotton ball. This can be left on for about fifteen minutes and then rinsed off with cool water. The vinegar can be diluted depending upon the sensitivity to the skin. For hot summer months, the vinegar can be frozen into ice cubes and then applied to the skin. A good face pack is made with cooked oatmeal, mashed apple, lemon juice and egg white. Apply and leave it on the face for fifteen minutes and then wash with cool water. A mask of egg yolk too, helps to dry out the skin by removing excess oil. Lemon juice and water is great for removing extra oil from the skin. A solution of cucumber juice and lime juice is also effective in getting rid of oiliness on the skin.

Logan , angle & carrissa sorry for late replay it had to research for this so I didn't replied the suggestion I'm giving you guys are really good if you stay on it regularly and the way I'm tellin you , have to follow to get rid of this problem soon :)
Apply correct bathing habits. Bathing is vital to wash away lifeless pores and skin cells and sebum that stick on your skin throughout the day. It is greatest to bathe twice a day; don't overdo it. After sweating heavily, you presumably can shower using heat water and anti-bacterial soap. It is a good suggestion to avoid sizzling water since it may well make your skin too dry. Pat your pores and skin dry after showering.
Be gentle when making use of a cleanser (bathe gel, cleaning soap bar, shower cream, and many others). You're advisable to make use of your fingertips to apply the cleanser quite than abrasive sponges or shower puffs, and avoid utilizing physique scrub. In addition, just bear in mind to select a cleanser which does not contain alcohol. Abrasives can spread chest acne and irritate your skin.
Use an pimples cream or gel to get rid of chest acne. Correct bathing alone cannot help you eradicate the skin problem. You should purchase any over-the-counter product on the market. OTC zits therapies include powerful substances to eliminate pimples equivalent to recorcinol, sulfur, peroxide, and salicylic acid. These substances are in a position to dry up extra sebum, eliminate useless pores and skin cells, kill bacteria and cut back inflammation. Wait for just a few days to see the results since chest zits cannot be eradicated overnight.
Hold your fabrics clean. It is essential to maintain your fabrics clean since useless skin cells and bacteria on your pores and skin end up in your clothes. Your clogged pores can worsen in the occasion you wear garments that you have worn yesterday. Moreover, wash your garments using mild detergents and fabric softeners to avoid irritation.
See a dermatologist if the tips above can't help you eliminate chest acne effectively. A dermatologist will prescribe you a greater number of medicine to remove your skin problem. Please remember that it is higher prevent than cure. I want you get the healing that you really expect.
Hope I helped :)
