Ruby :-
White bumps could be whiteheads that result from over active sebaceous glands. Whiteheads are a type of acne called comedones and result from sebum and dead skin cells that are blocked into the pores. One thing that is of absolute importance is a regular and thorough skin-care regimen. You need to make sure you cleanse your skin using any mild anti-bacterial soap or face wash, twice a day. If you use face wash with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide it may help in controlling the appearance of these whiteheads. You can also make sure you use a refreshing face scrub once or twice a week. Use a light moisturizer that is non-comedogenic, I.e. will not exacerbate the oiliness of your skin.
Use a steam treatment once every three-four days. Bring a vessel-full of water to boil. Add 8-10 drops of tea tree oil or lavender oil and inhale the vapours. The steam will help in opening up and unclogging the pores and you could gently massage the whiteheads out with a terry towel. Make sure you close the open pores after this treatment by rubbing a cube of ice over or splashing your face with cold water. Consult a reputed dermatologist in case the problem persists after 5-10 weeks, in spite of the remedies recommended.

How do you get rid of blackheads? (On my nose)
Jul 4, 2013
Amaria A.
First off squeezing them out is probably the worst thing you could do.
I have a solution.
Paint your face with Elmers glue, let it dry on and then peel it off. Make sure it's totally dry. You will actually see the black heads on the glue. Yes, its gross but it works without hurting your skin. :)
2:You can get rid of black heads easily by using a mixture of lemon & sugar! You can make it in any amount desired! You apply a little bit of lemon & a little bit of more sugar.. Make it like a paste mixture depending on where you apply it! For example for my face I used a small cup! Once it's a mixture apply it on your face & massage it in circular motions for about 10-15 minutes! Wash it off with cold water.. And there you have soft skin!
3:Wow! Toothpaste on nose after hot water face cloth is amazing. Leave on for 10-15 mins and wash off with steaming hot water. Blackheads gone :)

Hailey.. Try these for deep huge blackheads :)
You can use ripe papaya for getting rid of blackheads. Papaya contains proteolytic and bactericidal properties, which are best for preventing and removing acne, pimples, and blackheads on nose. For making papaya mask for blackhead removal, mash ripe papaya into a smooth puree. Mix it with 1/4 teaspoon of gram flour and apply on your face and leave it for 10-15 minutes. Wash it off with cold water later, so your pores are closed. Papaya face mask helps in exfoliating and toning the skin, which removes dirt and grime off your blackhead while reducing large pores and tightening skin on face.

Hailey you can try this too
The best natural way to remove blackheads and get rid of large pores and oily face is using egg white masks. Beat the whites slowly until they're foamy. Now gently apply it to your face and leave it for next 20 minutes. Then use a warm wet cloth and gently remove the egg whites off your face. Egg white face mask will tighten and shrink the facial pores as they dry, safely forcing the blackheads out. This is one of the most popular facial masks for blackhead removal, which only takes a few minutes to make.
