I have back acne but it's not really that serious...it's just small pimples or blackheads :( is there a homemade remedy or a cheap product to get rid of it?

I use Neutrogenas Body Clear & it works wonders for me. You have to remain consistent when using it but the results are worth it & it costs about $6-$7.

Try the St. ives apricot scrub. Its for your face but it works very well on back acne.

Seconded on Neutrogena. I used it allllll the time, my entire back used to be covered in bright red zits, that body scrub and a nice soft body brush got rid of it all and they've not been back since :)
