Hey everyone!
I have bumps on am legs.. They're not from shaving, because I've always had them. When I shave, I can't get them soft because of the bumps. I was curious on whether I could get rid of them or not? And if so, how could I?

Are you sure it's not from shaving? Have you tried using a different razor?

I've used a couple different ones, and Shick works best for me.

Where is it that you get them? I get bumps from the I don't know what to call it but the back of my kne part I get them my mom said it's because of sweat. Or if you sit on something hot you get bumps on your butt and legs.

I usually get them on the bottom part of my legs. (from the top of my ankle to a little before my knee). They're small little bumps.

It could be KP (Keratosis Pilaris). It's a skin condition that causes red bumps which is common on the backs of thighs. I would go see a dermatologist. In the mean time, there's a lotion called Amlactin that works great for my KP.
Btw I'm not sure if that's how you spell Keratosis Pilaris.

I get them, but only whenverr I'm stressed.. Because I thought it was shaving but I tried a lot of other options & it never helped. Then I did some research & realized in my case that's what it was.

If you exfoliate nicely, they will probably go away. I recommended exfoliating gloves for best results. Try exfoliating before AND after shaving. Should do wonders. =)

What Jamie said, I have KP and they've always been there. It's a build up of protein in the skin cells which makes pimple looking/chicken leg bumps
There's a lot of options you can do for it. Research!

Try using a different razor with a moisturizing blade and moisturize obsessively.

Maybe you're allergic to nickel which is in blades. Talk to your doctor.

Are they dry? If so I had the same thing on my arms! I started to exfoliate and it ridded of them! Try exfoliating every or every other time you shower.
