What brand? Drug stores can be awesomely cheap. Some times they have buy one get one deals. Or buy one get one half off.

If you go to Target and into the makeup section they will have some makeup brand called Elf and its super cheap. I use ig everyday and always buy it. It has mascara eyeliner eyelash curler liquid foundation.

I LOVEEE target. you can find all the brands that regular drug stores & walmart sales plus more! my suggestion on a brand would be elf for sure! their brushes are $3 & eye shadows run $1-3. & I know it might be different other places but even in other places I'm almost positive its still really cheap..
