Can I get a picture of your eyes up close? And another one can do the Monroe! As long as you put your own spin on it!

1.Yes I think it would suit you
2. Marilyn Monroe contours her eye, meaning she uses a darker colour in the crease of her eye, and a lighter colour over the eyelid and a pale colour to highlight the inner corner of you eye and along the browbone (under your eyebrow)
3. Gel liner is fine but might take you a while to get used to using
Hope I helped!

As I see in your picture you have same eyes like MM "down turned eyes" I think you should focus on trying to make your eyes more balanced and levelled. marilyn monroe eyes look so sad for me. :(

Best bet for learning how to do this is going on youtube and looking at marilyn monroe makeup tutorials. there are sooooo many out there. you need some liquid liner/gel, matte brown shadow, matte cream shadow, red lipstick and whatever else for your face. in terms of learning how to use gel liner, I would also suggest you look at tutorials specifically for "winged gel eyeliner tutorial". I think this look suits anyone as long as your comfortable with it. goodluck and your gorgeous :) x
