So my makeup palette came with these (pics). And I don't really know what it is or how to use it. If anyone knows and can help me out that would be awesome! :)

Looks like creme eyeshadow to me. You just take a very small amount on your finger and apply it that way.

Or maybe its gel eyeliner. best way to find out what it is and the right application is to google the product and read its description of what it includes.

Ooh gel liner didnt think of that! Well if its that you can apply it with an angled liner brush although the two are interchangeable imo.

Cream shadows. They're usually used as a base.
