Em L. I have large hips and no butt and that drew would look awful on me lol I agree with you but I also believe in wearing whatever makes you feel pretty, no one's opinion matters but your own! :) and I think it's an adorable dress!

A little too frilly for my tastes, but I'm sure you'd look amazing in it. I don't look good in pastel pink and I'm not a fan of ruffles.
