Don't want to sound mean but its supposed to go in the crease not under your eyebrow! I like the blending tho. But don't wear it its to much girl.

Take a little off under the brow and then you could even brighten it up by adding water to your brush to still get that bold WOW affect, and you could always put it out of order, my advice would be to put blue on the outside red ing the middle Nd white on the inner. FOLLOW THE FOLD OF YOUR EYE LID! It would look great!!
