In summer, you don't even need a foundation, just stick with a concealer or a bb cream if you want higher coverage. Bronze up the face and use a warm peachy blush along the upper cheekbones. A little mascara and a nude lip and gloss!c.

If you want to make your cheekbones more prominent then search up contouring on YouTube and there will be a tutorial video.

You can wear tons of makeup to look natural also. It's just about how you apply it. But a guaranteed natural look would be either a bb cream or a light coverage foundation set with a lil bit of translucent powder. A nice pink almost nude lip. A bronzed cheek. Almost nothing on the lid. Unless you want color then maybe go with the nice neutral warm colors. No dramatic eyeliner and some mascara.
Now to make your cheekbones higher I think you'd have to contour real good and highlight. With a lil bit of blush on the apples of your cheeks sweeping it back, not too muh
