Don't whiten your teeth with braces on. Because when you get your braces off, you will have yellow squares on your teeth. Wait until after you get your braces off to whiten them. & if you brush your teeth normally, waterpik & regular mouth wash, you shouldn't have bracket marks

If you already whitened them, then just stop. The damage is done. Have a regular routine now. You will hopefully not have bracket marks

I get mine off in a month and I just use a regular toothpaste and mouth wash. As long as you ensure that you clean your teeth and braces thoroughly every time you eat, you won't get marks and you can whiten as soon as you get them off!x

I had braces. you can use whitening toothpaste and mouthwash but whatever you do DO NOT DO A WHITENING TREATMENT of any kind. that is what will make bracket marks. if there's too much of a difference lol. and when you take it off go for it!!

Ya don't whiten. Wait until you get them off. Trust me, they'll look amazing when they come off if you keep your gums not swollen. They'll be whiter than you thought (:
