The surface of my skin is really un-even and bumpy and has been like that for as long as I can remember. the doctors say I can't get treatment for it until my skin is fully matured. okay lol now the question: whenever I put any makeup on my face it looks cakey because of the bumps. I don't know what to do to get nice flawless skin.

First start with a really nice primer that evens out your skin as best as it can. then try I bb cream or cc cream. blend amazingly well. use a concealer with full coverage and try not to over powder.

Thank you emma! tracey I have and it looks cakey too. my fave concealer is the benefit erase paste that seems to do a lot for me(:
