I am a cosmetology student and at the end of graduation we have a completion with a theme. Ours is states we can pick a state out of the 50, we have a model and dress them as the state. These are the states that are already picked.. New York, Cali, Texas, Hawaii, Alaska... Ok put your thinking caps on and goooo!! Thanks!

You can do gerorgia. A southern bell type deal something sweet and fresh. Or Florida. Something beachy bronzed out really hip. Are they being literal or like trendy?

I think Florida would be your best bet think bronzed and neon like salsa and tropical like the beach.
