Looks pretty. You have beautiful brown eyes, so I would avoid the liner on the waterline so that your eyes stand out more. =)

Don't put liner in the water line. lightly liner your bottom lash line. I know what you mean with them being undone. this opens your eyes up and you still have the balanced feel.

You could do a cat eye! And a little shimmer in the inner corner and along the brow bone if you want your eyes to stand out more.
