Notebook/FiloFax Organisation? What's your tips?

Hey Everyone,

Does anyone have any tips/videos/post on jazzing up Diaries/Notebooks/FiloFaxes? My current notebook is kind of plain looking...and also how does everyone organise theirs?

If you head to a local craft store or even Target (US) pick up some little bits that can jazz it up without too much hassle. For ideas, google is your friend. Just look up either scrapbooking ideas or even smash book. You can also buy or make pockets for your notes.
